Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) are the New Zealand Tourism Industry's Association for the promotion of business tourism. CINZ have invested in a full range of services provided by RéserveGroup including design, flash, web technology and copy writing to showcase New Zealand and encourage business as well as increase tourism.
The design team have created a range of collateral over the last four years ranging from stationery to presentation folders, forms and booklets about CINZ such as letterheads, business cards, Experience of a Lifetime Booklet and Conference Assistance Program (CAP) folder.
Bid documents (booklets) are created throughout the year - many of which are sent off-shore to a range of countries laden with essential conference information, stunning scenic imagery plus accommodation and activities. They appeal to various organisations and assist with hosting meetings and conferences here in NZ, plus help the tourism economy by encouraging conveners to extend their trip providing Pre & Post Touring options. PowerPoint templates are also created - allowing flexibility for clients to either insert and alter their own content, or they can have the whole PowerPoint designed and set up for them ready to use. The latest addition to the 'Bid family' of collateral is a website - a more interactive format for delegates to access from anywhere in contrast to a printed document - plus it's environmentally conscious!
RéserveGroup are currently working with CINZ to produce a brand new website incorporating the latest in évoSuite technology, complete with a whole range of features such as a Members' log-in section which will provide a 'mini website' for each member.
The CINZ Annual Conference - themed as Capitalising on Chaos - is this year destined to be held in Marlborough. RéserveGroup are producing a range of design pieces for the conference and will be speaking at the event - due to be held in October this year.
